Ingredients: grape vinegar, fig syrup (figs, sugar, water, lemon juice, ginger, salt) (30%), vegetable oil (olive fruit) (9.91%), herbs, garlic, salt
Enjoy with salad, cheese, bread or as a basting sauce for vegetables, chicken, pork and steak.
The olive oil in the dressing may change to something that looks a bit like butter when refrigerated depending on the temperature of the fridge. If this happens, leave the dressing outside until it reaches room temperature. The olive oil will melt again.
